Easy to make & Grill. Prepare even a couple of months ahead!
2 - 4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, split (1/2 per person)
Marinade (see below)
Put chicken breasts in a freezer storage bag with the salad dressing. Freeze. Defrost 4 - 6 hours before grilling. Grill on a HOT grill, turning frequently until done, about 5 - 6 minutes on each side.
1/2 cup of Fresh Orange Juice
1/4 cup of Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh grated Ginger root (or 1/2 tsp. dry Ginger)
Combine all ingredients. Put in a Freezer Bag with Chicken Breasts & freeze. Use when wanted. Grill as above
