Skewered Shrimp
Shrimp done this way is fast, easy & tasty! If you don't want to skewer them, don't!
1 lb large Shrimp, uncooked, peeled & deveined
Barbecue seasoning, 2
tbsp.--Bad Byron's Seafood Jubilee
Olive oil, 1/4 cup
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for about 1 hour. Depending on skewer size, put 4 - 6 shrimp
on each skewer. Set aside. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the hot grill. Let it heat. Place Shrimp
on foil turning them every 2 - 3 minutes. They should be done in under 5 minutes total cooking time.
Serve immediately. Will serve about 4 adults.
For a little something different, instead of the Barbecue seasoning, use a mix
of lemon grass, thyme
& sesame seeds. Substitute peanut oil for the olive oil.
