Most any meat can be grilled. Don't settle for hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken or steak. Lamb & pork
chops are standard fare. There's all kinds of sausages, roasts, even whole turkey breasts that can be
done on the grill for a rich, flavorful taste. The grill isn't just for summer! Here's some standard fare
with a little flair!
Garlic Grilled Steak (or any other meat you can think of!)
This is too easy & delicious! Especially good with red meats.
New York Strip Steaks
2 cloves of Garlic per steak
Worcester sauce
About 2 hours before grill time, take the garlic cloves and peal them. Next slice the clove into 1 to 3
pieces depending on the size of the clove. Make several small slits in the side of the steak. Gently
push the garlic into the meat. Place the steaks in a pan or dish. Pour about 1/4 cup Worcester
sauce over the steak. Cove with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill as usual to your likeness.
