BioGuard Oxysheen non chlorine shock treatment BioGuard® Oxysheen®

 42.8% Potassium Peroxymonopersulfate - not your ordinary non chlorine monopersulfate shock.  BioGuard blends this shock with other other persulfates & sulfates to deliver a non chlorine shock that is more easily soluble and has the highest level of active oxygen. 

Breaks up chloramines, body oils, perspiration & urine. Totally soluble. Fast dissolving.  Does not cloud water. Compare to "bargain" shock treatments.

Great for use when there is a HIGH Total Chlorine & LOW Free Chlorine (that means there is a lot of smelly combined chlorine that isn't doing anything).  Read more about combined chlorine here.

Restores water sparkle.  Does not affect calcium hardness.  Excellent in hard water areas. No predissolving necessary.

Application:
Read & follow all label instructions. Adjust pH to 7.2--7.6.  When pool is not in use, broadcast 1 bag per 10,000 gals directly into pool with the pump running.  Do not add through skimmer.  Use every other week as maintenance.  Repeat dosage after heavy rains or large amount of refill water. Pump must run 8--12 hours daily for best results.
