Stabilizer 100 cyanuric acid, pool stabilizer & conditioner

Stabilizer 100 - BioGuard® Stabilizer 100 prevents the loss of chlorine due to ultra violet sunlight.  The stabilizer chemically binds with the chlorine so that it can't be broken down by UV light.  Add a full dose at the beginning of the season and a "half dose" at mid-season.  Stabilizer level should be maintained at about 40 ppm for best results. 100% Cyanuric acid.
 
NEW Improved Pool Magnet PLUS Pool Magnet® - BioGuard® Pool Magnet® prevents staining from metals present in the water and introduced by the salt.  Many "off brands" of salt contain some amounts of iron & manganese which will cause stains on your pool's surfaces (liners, plaster, on stairs, etc).  Pool Magnet® binds itself to the metals to prevent them from being oxidized (stain).  Pool Magnet® is added at a full dose at the start of the season, then a "half dose" monthly for the best metal staining protection.
 
Scale Inhibitor Scale Inhibitor® - BioGuard® Scale Inhibitor® prevents scaling from high mineral (salt) levels in your pool.  As the pool water warms, scaling from salts & minerals becomes more prevalent.  Scaling needs to be prevented in the pool heater (scale formations will dramatically increase your heating costs) and in the chlorine generator cell (less effective chlorine generation & shorter equipment life).  Scale Inhibitor® is added at a full dose at the start of the season, then a "half dose" monthly for the best scaling protection.
 

Optimizer Plus® - BioGuard® Optimizer Plus® contains borates (boron salts) which provide excellent protection against algae growth in swimming pools.  In addition, proper levels of Optimizer Plus (about 50 - 80 ppm ) provides additional buffering of the pH & total alkalinity making water balance simpler.  The boron salts (boron salts are used in many eye washes for example) make the water feel even silkier & softer than salts alone.  Optimizer Plus® is "topped up" periodically - about 5 lbs. per 10,000 gallons every 1 - 2 months depending on rain or fresh water additions.
 
Natural Chemistry Pool Perfect plus PhosFree Pool Perfect® plus PhosFree® - Natural Chemistry® Pool Perfect plus PhosFree® provides 2 stages of protection for your salt-chlorine generated pool: 1 - the natural enzymes in Pool Perfect "eat up" or consume more organic waste and matter than is otherwise oxidized when the "boost" or "shock" setting is used.  The enzymes lead to a cleaner pool and plumbing system overall.  2. The PhosFree in the Pool Perfect breaks down more of the carbon phosphate that will and does build up on the electrolysis plates of the salt generator cell.  Normal cleaning or even acid washing of the cell does completely remove this kind of scale, whereas the PhosFree will.  Pool Perfect plus PhosFree® is added weekly as a preventative & maintenance product.
